How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders are typically filled within 2 business days of being placed.
How do I exchange or return a shirt/hat?
Send back your hat or shirt, new and unused, to exchange for a different size or receive a refund (less shipping). Before returning, please email [email protected] or through our contact form, for a RA Number.
What if I want a shirt that's out of stock?
Not everything will be restocked (eg. Limited-Edition Shirts), but if you email us we'll be sure to let you know if something will become available again.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
Email us with your order number and we'll do our best to figure out where it is or provide a replacement.
